“We speak not only to tell other people what we think, but to tell ourselves what we think. Speech is a part of thought.”

- John Hughlings-Jackson

We cannot undersell the importance of conversations in our ability to connect with ourselves - our shallow and our deepest thoughts - and others around us. In a country fraught with societal and historical ills, it can be easy and sometimes preferable to avoid conversation, but we are unapologetically committed to creating spaces and opportunities for meaningful exchanges to take place. There will always be more questions than answers, which just affirms that the need for conversations will remain constant. It’s about the journey, not a finite destination.

What folks are saying:

“Thank you for making us think, cry, and laugh…”

“Overall was incredibly informative, useful and very important…I really appreciate all the insights and space to think more deeply about this important work.”
