We encourage ourselves and others to reframe the way we think about conversations about potentially polarizing topics. When we walk into those exchanges thinking they’re “difficult,” we brace ourselves in ways that can be counterproductive, tiring, and ultimately silencing. We don’t need people just talking to hear themselves though; we facilitate conversations that help people add nuance to their perspective, gain greater self-awareness, and move forward with more clarity of purpose.

Who Are We Talking To?
We’re talking to school-based educators, leaders and executives, boards of directors, camp professionals and others working with children outside of schools, parents and caretakers, corporate professionals, people ready to have candid & vulnerable conversations, people more comfortable being silent bystanders, and everyone in-between.

Why Is This Work So Important?
Conversations are our primary vehicles to building and sustaining relationships. We aren’t negating the importance of action by any means, but conversations can help provide the clarity of thought necessary for purposeful (inter)action. We open the door to meaningful conversations between others, and oftentimes even more importantly, within ourselves to promote healthy relationships, a stronger sense of self, and greater intentionality.
