<image:title>Home - What Are We Talking About?</image:title>
<image:caption>This space isn’t large enough to capture everything we’re talking about right now, but here are some of our greatest hits: Affinity Groups Creating Community Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Implicit Bias & Privilege Microaggressions Race, Anti-Racism, & Racial Identity Formation Honestly, perhaps the better question would be what aren’t we talking about.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - Who Are We Talking To?</image:title>
<image:caption>We’re talking to school-based educators, leaders and executives, boards of directors, camp professionals and others working with children outside of schools, parents and caretakers, corporate professionals, people ready to have candid & vulnerable conversations, people more comfortable being silent bystanders, and everyone in-between. Next, we hope to be talking with YOU! :)</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - Why Is This Work So Important?</image:title>
<image:caption>Conversations are our primary vehicles to building and sustaining relationships. We aren’t negating the importance of action by any means, but conversations can help provide the clarity of thought necessary for purposeful (inter)action. We open the door to meaningful conversations between others, and oftentimes even more importantly, within ourselves to promote healthy relationships, a stronger sense of self, and greater intentionality.</image:caption>

<image:title>Our Vision</image:title>
<image:caption>We cannot undersell the importance of conversations in our ability to connect with ourselves - our shallow and our deepest thoughts - and others around us. In a country fraught with societal and historical ills, it can be easy and sometimes preferable to avoid conversation, but we are unapologetically committed to creating spaces and opportunities for meaningful exchanges to take place. There will always be more questions than answers, which just affirms that the need for conversations will remain constant. It’s about the journey, not a finite destination.</image:caption>
